Division Sponsorship
Junior Divisions are sponsored by an established LAOH Division.  The Junior
Division is guided by the Junior Coordinator.  The Junior Coordinator is either
the Division Vice President or is appointed by the Division Vice President.

Member Eligibility
Membership is open to girls that meet the following:
  • Between 6 and 18 years of age (older under certain circumstances)
  • Irish by birth or descent
  • Catholic

Junior Activities
  • Active in all LAOH Activities, including parades, dances, fundraisers,
    conventions
  • Learning about Irish and Irish-American culture and history
  • Support and promote the Catholic faith
  • State and National level scrapbook competitions
  • Meeting other Junior Hibernians
  • Projects suggested by sponsoring Division and/or clergy

Our Lady of Knock Division 7 East Islip, NY Junior Girls Spaghetti Dinner is held annually.  
The dinner is used to raise  money for Make-A-Wish.  Following the dinner, the Jr. Girls
enjoyed learning some Irish dances.

Suffolk County Division 2 Jr. Girls Coordinator Ms. Michelle O'Donnell and
